My little books of pebbles are progressing slowly..

The pieces of broken boat are drying out nicely..
 I love the layers of colour and irregular shapes..

Another warm June day 
Spent sometime sitting and looking instead of doing my usual seashore search.. 

The summer weather returned today my daily walk revealed
a beach littered with bits of boat a casualty of yesterdays storm. 

It was way too cold and windy to go out for a walk today so I spent some time constructing books instead.

Two walks along the beach today, one for exercise the other for collecting.

Came home with a tiny grey feather, a hand full of rusty wire and  four different things with holes in.

Driftwood and a rusted nail

Making some circles of rust on a long roll of paper for my tide line project.

A walk along the tide line tonight reminded me of a line of blue cottons I used to have hanging in my hall.
